A little advice

I've been looking at getting a good gas blowback pistol. I get mixed feelings about what I read between vendors' descriptions online, and the reviews from customers of the same pistols.

So, considering all of you are in the field a lot, and probably have very specific preferences and plenty of experience with different airsoft weapons, I'd like to hear some of your suggestions.

I'd like one that shoots at least 280FPS (300 or higher preferred), and has good blowback, without sacrificing accuracy. I'd like full metal too, but it's not necessary. I also don't want it to be a gas hog; I've read about some gas pistols needing a gas refill on or even before every single magazine. I'd like to make it through at least two mags of ammo before I have to fill the gas again, if possible.

I'd like to cap the price at $100, but if there's something you absolutely want to share that's more expensive (or if my specifications don't fall in that price range) please feel free to do so.

My favorite pistol models are Berrettas, Glocks, Colt 1911, and some Sig Sauers, but any suggestions outside those are welcome, too.

So guys, what are your suggestions on pistols?

Sounds like you want a KWA. They make Sigs, 1911's, Glocks (although I can't remember if they still make them), CZ, and HK's. Prices are more then what you want to spend, but they are arguably the best gas airsoft pistols made.

I've heard KWA thrown around a bit, and they do look very nice. Airsoft Megastore has a pretty sweet deal on some KWA's. It's reaching around $150, but they look totally worth it.

KJW makes a nice m9. I have one and I really like it.

A KJW 1911 on AirsoftGi you can get for 105.00 and it works very well and has a nice kick

They don't sell glocks anymore but KSC does and I think I remember a KWA rep saying they are made in the same factory so I dunno if they are made for something more like HFC134a or if they'd be fine with HFC22. I'd go with a Glock

KJW M9. Has everything you want in a GBB. They run 100 just about anywhere. Make sure its the full metal version because they do make a plastic version. I've had mine for 4 years with no issues.

I have two KWA/KSC products (1911 Mark IV and HK USP Tactical). Their System 7/NS2 gas blow back system is excellent. Worth the extra monies in my opinion.

Keep in mind if you do get a TM that you would have to upgrade it in order for it to match or surpass a KWA. And they are expensive.
