TM vs. Marushin 5-7

Discussion of GBB (gas blowback) replicas.

TM vs. Marushin 5-7

Postby G Runner » Sun Mar 20, 2011 9:30 pm

I'm thinking of picking up a Five-Seven GBB and originally I was looking at getting one of the TM's but it seems Marushin also makes a Five-Seven. The only question I have is which has the better build quality? The Marushin is about $10 more on ehobby and is the only one in stock.

I personally love the TM Five-seveN. I've only handled the marushin for a very short time, so i can't say much on it, other than that it felt pretty well made.

Alright. I'm just contemplating whether or not it's worth waiting for the TM to be restocked or to just get the Marushin. Does anybody know the average turn around time for an item to be restocked for ehobby?

The Marushin is a piece of crap, like most Marushin GBBs. They're pretty but in the main they're not skirmishing guns. Every story I've heard of the Marushin Five-seveN is a horror story. The TM is built of sex, awesome and win, so get that, and I can tell you from firing three different ones of it they are bloody awesome.

Also, BAM! In stock at Redwolf.

As are its magazines.
