Which brand should I buy my a tbb for my we 1911 meu from?
Laylax, Nine-Ball, PDI, or Madbull?

PDI is the best for rifles, but I always get amazing results from Madbull. I have a Madbull 6.03mm in my WE high capa and it is good enough for me.

so, your saying PDI is the best out of the 4? Btw, money isn't an issue for me on this one.

If money is really not an issue, upgrade something other than a WE, or buy a new body for it. WE bodies generally aren't built to a tight enough standard to warrant a tightbore, and I've only seen one WE 1911 shoot really straight with one, and that one was a very early production run. If you want to run a high quality 1911, get a KWA and have a barrel cut for it.

Seagreen makes inner barrels that are solid and accurate too. He did my WE 1911 and my carbine. PM him for details.
