Will RS Sights Fit on Airsoft GBB's?

I just bought a WE Kimber Warrior in the hopes that I could turn it into a Stainless Kimber TLE/RL (my favorite handgun ever). The finish sucks, which is why I'm taking it off, but the sights are my main problem. Real ramped Kimber sights can be had for ~$50, and I wanted to put a set on my 1911 to get the gun as exact as possible. However, when I compared my gun to a real Kimber, the cuts in the slide for the sights are totally different.
Has anybody ever tried to do this conversion (even on a different gun)? How much custom cutting would be involved in something like this? Do the screw holes for the sights even match up?

Just don't do it, RS sights are designed to fit into fairly precise dovetail groves in a steel slide not aluminum, so the dimensions are probably not going to be 100% right which will make it so they eff up your slide, or simply fall out. Also sights are designed to be pressed in, so you'll need a 1911 style sight tool, and those are $$$.

I have real steel sights on my KWA Glock19. The front one was kind of loose so I glued it in, and the rear one fit perfectly.
