Considering some of the pictures are the same and they are both made by guarder, I will guess nothing is different.

The "black P process" notation indicates to me that it is the finish.

One's for an MEU, the other can fit either an MEU OR a 1911.
P-process is probably the type of anodizing they use. Basically there isnt a difference other than the type of gun it fits.
