I know this sounds absolutely ridiculous, but I was just curious. Is using a green gas airsoft gun bad for the environment?

No.

It's the same thing as propane, with silicone oil pre-mixed in.

It is bad to inhale it, though.

yea it contributes to global warming on a mass scale. if we continue to use it like this, the world will end in the year 4122 do to propane overtures in the atmosphere

Green gas smells bad. Propane smells delicious.
