Want that GBB magazine to Last?.. DO THIS!

Myth: "Using up the gas pressure in the Mag will make it last longer somehow"

Correction: You SHOULD EXPEL the rest of the gas from the button with your plastic plate (or finger nail) by TIPPING the magazine upside down DOING THIS, BECAUSE the silicone oil WILL lubricate the button seal this way by exiting through the button.....HOWEVER,..

Always REPLACE and STORE IT That Way with at least 2 seconds worth of gas/ silicone.

WHY? For the same reason you dont drive down the road with your engine cover off your truck "stupid" ...IT RUINS THE SEALS, CORRODES, CONTAMINATES!! Helllo?
Think of it this way, If the gas isnt "trapped" in there..something else will be free to enter the valve button.

seals are MADE to be tight and "compress" by positive pressure.. (ask ANY MECHANICAL ENGINEER!!) THAT is their job.. If you do this you will have complete working magazines for a DECADE or LONGER. ask those who have EXPENSIVE compressor equipment. they will attest to this fact.

Someone LOVES to CAPITALIZE THINGS!

Also, seems like sound logic, good tip; though everybody seems to have their own opinions on how to treat GBB mags...

It's pretty much general knowledge to leave gas in the magazines at this point.

I think I'll just stick with keeping them charged.

Thanks for the tip though.

Common knowledge. Among those with some sort of experience on the matter, that is. I've seen plenty of people who had no idea about this.

See me? No? Good.
According to society, I'm too retarded to have life.
