With this many people, is there going to be enough room for us to set up our campsites?
What if my team wants to BBQ on our own, is there any rules against that? Will there even be room to do it?

the camping will be in the orchards. its better suited for camping in there. plenty of shade and the ground is flat and soft.

There's probably no issue with bringing a BBQ, but we will restrict campfires to a couple designated spots.
