where do i fill out the wavers, can i print it and fill them out, or do i have to do it on site?

You have the option for either. Print them out(links on the first page) get them signed or come with a parent or guardian and have them sign it at the game.

Is mesh eye protection allowed? Or will I have to wear extra eye protection underneath?

My goggles have perforated metal in place of hard plastic. Is this acceptable?
