CA M14 Match into M14 SOCOM

Just got the CA M14 match and definitely looking to turn it into a M14 SOCOM. So shortened barrel, rail and red dot. I searched for M14 threads but didn't find anything of substance. Looking for suggestions and ideas. I would like this version of a rail


But I've only been able to find this one.

That's basically what I'm trying to do!
Does anyone know if this would be compatible with the CA M14? I know it's for the WE GBB M14 but it's only a inner and outer barrel so conceivably they should work.

No, I wouldn't think so. The website states that's it's designed for a WE GBB.

If you're able to get your hands on a WG GBB, then you might be able to crack it open and see, but I doubt it's compatible.
