Rules & Regulations for Scappose Field for Airsoft use.
NO HOT Weapons in the parking area. Meaning until you walk past the Blue Road Gate, there is to be NO Live Firing, NO Magazines allowed in your weapons at anytime.
No Smoke or Pyrotechnics allowed at anytime.
No Camping and/or Camp Fires. No Fires of any type allowed on the property.
No Damage to the property of any kind. YES THE TREES COUNT AS PROPERTY. No Damage to the structures on the field. Leave everything as you found it.
REMOVE all trash and everything you brought with you to the field.
Game Admins will be on the field during game p lay at all time. It is the duty of the Host of the event to provide the Admins.
DEAD POOLS must be clearly marked by a RED or Orange Flag or Banner. There will be no active game play within 50ft of any dead pool, Meaning NO Shooting within 50ft of the dead pools.
The Main Village is OFF-LIMITS unless otherwise stated during the Game Brief. If the Main Village is not apart of the game, then NO PLAYER is allowed in the village. If any player is caught in the village or the ravine leading to the village without the permission of the Game Host or Admins, said player will be expelled for the remainder of game play.
There will be NO Horseplay or anything deemed as unsafe acts & behavior allowed at anytime. Anyone conduction themselves in an unsafe and/or disrespectful manner will be removed from the field at once.
All parties must be present for the safety and game briefing. If you not present at the safety and game brief for the event you will not be allowed to go onto the field until the end of that particular game has finished. If there is more then one game being hosted during the day and you were not present for the initial safety and game brief then the safety and game brief will be given again by the Host, and EVERYONE again must be present before moving onto the field. This will be repeated every time there is a player who arrives late. DON’T BE LATE!
Eye Protection must be worn at all times on the field, meaning the moment you step past the Blue Road Gate you will have approved eye protection on. It will remain on until you return to the parking area.
All players must not engage another player at an unsafe distance. Due to the varied FPS of each player’s replica, COMMON SENSE must be applied. If you lack common sense do not attend. If you engage a player at an unsafe distance you will be warned or removed depending on the severity of the offence. Repeat Offenders will be removed from the field immediately.
If there is a conflict at any time the Admins, Game Host and Acting Commander of each team must be notified at once. NO player will confront another player directly regarding a conflict or violation of the rules. It is the duty of the Admins, Host & Commanders to resolve the problem.
Every player must submit an Airsoft Pacific Waiver before the safety and game brief beings. Anyone failing to do so will not be allowed on the playing field. By turning in your Airsoft Pacific Waiver you are agreeing that you have read and understand the Rules for the use of Scappose Field. And you are agreeing to comply with any ruling and/or punishment the Admins hand down for violation of the rules.
Everyone is subject to disciplinary action for violating any of the standing rules for the use of Scappose field.
The Admins & Game Host have the right to reject any player from the field at any time for any reason, NO Warning required. The Admins & Game Host have the right to refuse any player from participating in the game for any reason.
If you asked to leave you will comply.
