Airsoft near blue ridge drive in lynnwood - can it be done?

Postby Dr. Starch » Fri Jul 30, 2010 4:58 pm

So, I was sitting in my room today when i heard airsoft guns firing. I live behind a greenbelt and figured some kids must be playing in it. I outside up to the greenbelt to see if I could see them, I couldn't. However, I would like to know if anyone knows if it is legal to play airsoft up there.

Blue Ridge Dr, Lynnwood, Snohomish, Washington 98037 <The greenbelt is between Olympic View Drive and Blue Ridge Drive.

-If this was unclear at all, I will try to reexplain if you ask nicely.

Call the local cops and ask

Yeah, the greenbelt is completely surrounded by homes. 1/3 of my property is on the greenbelt. (copy the address into google maps to see the greenbelt)

If I want to play up there, I'll call the police and ask. However, I would be a bit cautious about about playing up there. Two police officers live on my street. (Neither are lynnwood)

If its inside city limits and not a privately owned field or property, its not legal.

There greenbelt is private properties. My family owns 2/3rd acre of it.

*My dad told me today that the neighbor had been chasing the kids off his property all week. I'll probably not do airsoft up there anyway. The part my family owns is mostly not forested and there was no evidence of airsoft in the forested parts.
