If you have not prepaid, you may still attend the event, but will be forced to pay a higher rate, and you will have no guarantee as to which squad you will be on. All Event discounts are only available via prepay. If you choose not to prepay and reserve your slot, we cannot guarantee you will be placed in the squad of your choosing. Refunds will only be given up to 48 hours before the event. So the last day to cancel and receive a refund is Thursday 11/APR/2013. If you cancel after the 48hr deadline, you will only receive an 80% refund. All refunds will be given via PayPal.

Safety Notice: **Engagement Distances**
All AEG’s must shoot no closer than 25ft away.
All DMR’s and SAW’s must shoot no closer than 40ft away.
All Bolt Actions, must shoot no closer than 50ft away.
GBB Pistol’s may be shot at any distance.
CO2 Pistols must shoot no closer than 25ft away.
If you are closer than these engagement distances, you must either move away to a safe distance, or draw your Green Gas sidearm and shoot with that. A CO2 Pistols are NOT GBB. You cannot use a CO2 pistol any closer than 25ft, the same distance as an AEG.
Camping: If you would like to reserve a camping spot, please email us directly at timberwolfmilsim@yahoo.com. Spots are limited, and are first come, first serve. Also if you are planning on bringing a travel trailer, or RV, please do the same.
Campfires will be permitted in designated areas only. Please check with Event Staff prior to starting a campfire.
Firearms: Real Steel Firearms of any kind are not permitted at this event. We ask if you have a concealed Carry permit, you do not brandish or Open carry your Firearm anywhere at Action Acres. Please leave them in your vehicles. If a firearm is brandished during this event, you will be asked to leave without refund.
Ammo: Action Acres is a **BIO AMMO ONLY** Field. You do not have to purchase your ammo at the field, but you must use BIO ONLY. If you are caught using non bio ammo, you will be asked to leave the event without refund. **Addendum** If you are using a Bolt Action Rifle and you choose to shoot ammo heavier then .32g, you will be permitted to use non BIO ammo. This is the only exception to the rule. Vendors on site will have BIO AMMO available up to .32g.
Ammo Pricing: Our Vendors onsite will have Bio ammo available ranging in price from $15-$25 per bag.

This event is a 3 phase event. There is one price, and an entire weekend of airsoft. Please be prepared to play in over 10 hours of gameplay. If you can only play part of this, please remember the cost is the same, whether you play 5 min or the full event.
Event Weather: Rain/Shine/Sleet/Snow. Please check the local weather forecast prior to the game and please dress appropriately.
Magazine Restrictions: Each player will be permitted to carry no more than 1500rds. You may only reload your magazines at your spawn.
Grenade Rules: A grenade used to kill people, must project bb’s, *OR* provide a bang style report. Grenades also have a 10ft Kill Radius. If you are killed by a grenade, you must die the same as you do from a bb.
M203/ Rocket Rules: A football shot out of a grenade launcher, (M203,ICS MGL, M79 or equivalent), have a kill radius of 15 feet. Footballs launched out of a shoulder fired rocket launcher, (AT4, LAW or bazooka equivalent), have a kill radius of 15 feet. A direct M203 launched football or shoulder fired rocket will destroy an unarmored vehicle and everyone inside. A football must be launched into a doorway or window to kill the people who reside in that room. Minimum engagement distance 50 feet.
Smoke Grenades: Enola Gaye, or any other COLD BURN smoke grenades are allowed. Lighted smoke bombs will not be permitted at this event. Our onsite vendors will have Enola Gaye smoke grenades for sale for $7.50 a piece. Also they will have flash bang and tornado grenade simulators onsite as well.
Uniform Requirements: TAN vs. GREEN Full uniforms are required the entire event. If you have any questions at all regarding these uniform requirements please email us first. This requirement will be strictly enforced.
U.S. Military Forces: Multicam, Desert Marpat, ATAC’s, DCU, and Solid Tan.
P.A.V: Woodland Marpat, M82 (Old School Woodland), ATAC’s FG, and Solid Green.
Medic/Respawn Rules: Each Player will carry 2 bandages with them while out on the playing field. Each squad of 10 guys will have a medic with them. When you are hit, you will lie down in place and place your death rag on your head and call out for a medic. If a medic reaches you within 5 minutes, he/she may heal you by placing your bandage around your arm. You may simulate dragging by touching any downed teammate and move them to cover so they can get healed. If the medic does not reach you within 5 min you bleed out and walk back to your respawn. You may only be revived two times, on the third death you must wait 5 min to bleed out then go back to your respawn. Once you are back at respawn you are instantly back in the game.

*Provide Security of Hung Far Lo power plant
*Infiltrate Hanoi, and execute Chang Lao (Code Name Black Betty)
*Secure Helo Crash site and destroy helo for Intel purposes.
*Destroy Fuel Dump
*Intercept Medical truck to destroy building supplies for hospital
*Kill or Capture Chang Lao enforcers (Code Name Jack & Ripper)
