Normally, I give an OP order similar to this scenario in Area 2. We break off to opposing teams and do our missions. We hold skirmish every 2 weeks and plan to sponsor a big event this coming spring....Operation White Jindo. Yes. Hicap's are bad, really. Midcap only games are pretty regular...
