Glorified Skirmish: I.S.S. Falling

Where: Estacada Trenches Field

When : Sunday October 23rd

Back story: International Space Station Falling.

August 30th 2005: Due to the recent re-launch of the U.S. Space Shuttle Program rumors from the international space station have been coming through to U.S. Inteligence assets on the ground.

September 5th 2005: Rumor that old soviet command structure has been implemented with military forces aboard the space station prompts an American response. U.S. Officials plan Operation Take Command. A assault on military forces aboard the station.

September 16th 2005: U.S. special operations team Black Razor is prepped for Shuttle insertion.

September 19th 2005: Shuttle mission STS-137 is launched carrying Black razor on a purported re-supply mission.

October 8th 2005: Elements from Spec Ops Group Black Razor meets unexpected resistance on board the international space station, Contact between the station and the ground is interrupted.

October 18th 2005: Space shuttle returns in Communication black out and crashes over 3 square miles of New Mexico:

October 21st 2005: Large explosion is seen on the space station through telescopes all over the globe.

October 22nd 2005: Debris rains over a 1 square mile of Krapistan, Debris is isolated to the Belahar district known for its dense woods and old World War 2 battle fields.

October 23rd 2005: Reporters from all over the world are itching to get the story. And several military organizations want information contained in the wreckage that will explain the blast aboard the station.

Rumor has it that the command module and a private compartment, belonging to the Soviet command, were both dislodged in the blast.


There will be 3 teams competing.

Indigenous forces: woodland. If you are wearing ANY woodland you will be on this team.

Eastern Bloc: Whatever they want to run. No Woodland No U.S. coalition Camo.

U.S. Coalition : American and Allied camos only no woodland no east block.


People may start arriving at my house at 8am. There will be a convoy to the field at around 10am.

Game starts at 11am. If you are not there for the briefing and jump off you will be asked to leave. If you show up late you shazaam it up for the admin and the other players. If you can't be on time don't waste our time.

Prizes will be given at the end of this Game. You will need to be present to have a chance at a prize.

BTW: The brush at the field has been cleared. The dangerous tall brush and scotchbroom is gone.

I would like to add a note about the condition of the trenches field. We visited it today thinking we were going to find a new field to play. I remember as do many other people it being very very dense almost making it unpleasent. Today we found the airstrip has been cleared of the scotchbroom that infested it before, and the surrounding forest was not as thick as remembered. There also are plenty of semi-open areas making for good firefights. : ) So dont let the cascade thick brush illusion stop ya, this field is primed and ready to rock.
