Camping information:
FEES:
Camping fee is $5.00 per person. Please try to bring exact change.
REGISTRATION:
Camping registration will be available from 4pm until 10pm and will be collected at the entrance gate to the camping area as you enter. If you show up anytime after 10pm you will not be allowed in. Everyone that pays for camping will be issued a bracelet and expected to wear on your wrist for the duration of the camp out.
CAMPFIRES:
Please no campfires unless a Black Sierra Representative has given you permission to build one. The field owner generally only allows so many campfires and depending on the fire season/dryness of the area, he will determine how many we can have, if any at all. So unfortunately we will have to designate where and how many are allowed.
PARKING:
Please make sure to park your cars close together. We need to keep in mind that we have a lot of cars that use the parking lot for the actual event so we need to do our best to make the most space available for them that we can.
NOISE:
We need to keep our voices/music down at a reasonable level. At midnight there is a “lights outâ€
