Postby Seagreen » Sun May 25, 2008 10:15 am

Hosted by: Black Sierra Productions

When: July 6th, 2008

Why: The free world hangs in the balance.

The Update:

The score:

Warsaw: 597 causualties

The shock of the Russian advance into Germany is being felt around the world, as the battle rages between the New Warsaw armies and NATO.

The first push by New Warsaw was successful, but costly. Bridgeheads were secured over the Rhine, and now NATO must rally to drive the invaders out of Germany!

Camping information:

FEES:
Camping fee is $5.00 per person. Please try to bring exact change.

REGISTRATION:
Camping registration will be available from 4pm until 10pm and will be collected at the entrance gate to the camping area as you enter. If you show up anytime after 10pm you will not be allowed in. Everyone that pays for camping will be issued a bracelet and expected to wear on your wrist for the duration of the camp out.

CAMPFIRES:
Please no campfires unless a Black Sierra Representative has given you permission to build one. The field owner generally only allows so many campfires and depending on the fire season/dryness of the area, he will determine how many we can have, if any at all. So unfortunately we will have to designate where and how many are allowed.

PARKING:
Please make sure to park your cars close together. We need to keep in mind that we have a lot of cars that use the parking lot for the actual event so we need to do our best to make the most space available for them that we can.

NOISE:
We need to keep our voices/music down at a reasonable level. At midnight there is a “lights outâ€

I'm confused Bill...
Is this a scoresheet from the first game or a new game announcement?

I'll post the "poster" for the event shortly.

This is the July 6th installment of CONFLICT EUROPE.

This is an ongoing program, and the eventual winner will be announced at the conclusion of the "war".

the last game worked well with the player limit. a no cap game at splat action is a bad thing.

We hit 150 people last time, well short of the 200.

I think we are safe, if we shoot over 230 players reg'd we'll cap it.

So, we'll still have the same numbers, we aren't doing a pre-pay though. It is just easier at the door to monitor it.

So, in effect it is "capped" at a very close number, our target number is still 200 people +/- a few. We won't be having 300 people out there. The gameplay doesn't work.

Also guys, this event it is going to be necessary to be blasting bio-ammo. It is in compliance with John's insurance policy. This is obviously on your honor, but please comply.
