Games around Florence?

Postby Skywalker » Tue Oct 04, 2005 9:16 pm

There is some airsoft players (including me) around Florence, OR. We are getting tired of small games and wanna have a larger game, but we want to do it round here. Is there anyone who lives round Florence that wants to bring it? Most of us have AEG's by now. If you dont know where Florence is, then look at a map of Oregon, its west of Eugene about 75 miles. If you are interested in a game you can PM me, then maybe I will give you my e-mail if u are sincere. Thanks.

All you really need is a couple of acres. That or just limit the number of players that can come.

Okay nevermind, we have an area to host an OP, but do we need like signup sheets, and parental consent and stuff?

Signup sheets tend to be optional. As far as parental consent is generally only need if the player is under 18. By stuff I'm assuming you mean liablity waivers, which if its private property would be a good idea.

No you just dont use the AP consent thingy.

You contact Dantes about the use of the AP consent thingy.

He tells you NO, and then you write your own consent thingy.

or

He tells you YES, and then you can use the AP consent thingy.

I don't care if people use the waiver. Just put the landowner's name instead of ours. Seriously though, if the game is informal (meaning you and a bunch of friends) you should be fine to just have the game.

Why not have a few open invite games before having an OP? See how people take to the property, see how organizing it works for you.
