NEEDED:

Airsoft Weapon and related gear and ammo
Team BDU/Uniform
Warm clothes (it *will* be cold)
Water/Drinks/Food/Snacks/Hooch for those so inclined.
Money (for incidentals)
Red Rag
Yellow/Orange Rag
Container/Bag to store extra ammo

Signs will be posted on HW 2 and on Sultan Basin Road.

1. Park your car in designated parking area.
2. Go to Registration Booth/Table
3. Confirm payment or present payment.
4. Confirm you have at least: 1 Red Rag, 1 Yellow/Orange Rag, 1 Labeled Container for Ammo
5. Recieve Camping Assignment Area or Motel Assignment
6. Setup Camp or Motel
7. Go to Chrono Station if there is enough light
8. Await further instructions. Briefings and general assembly will happen Friday night, Sat morning,Sat Night, Sunday Morning, and Sunday Afternoon.

COSTS

GAME DONATION: $25 - If pre-registered and unpaid. No new players will be admitted.

CAMPING FEE: $5 per night per person (if pre-donated less then $10)
............................$5 both nights per person (if pre-donated $10 or more)
............................FREE if you donated $25 before Patch Deadline (Sep 15)
PLAYER KIT: $5 includes: Bag to hold ammo. Red and Yellow Rag and Offical
............................KP24 Field Manual with rules, schedule and basic squad tactics manual.
............................FREE for those who donated $25 before Patch Deadline (Sep 15)
PATCH: $5 Limited quantities (first come first served) - for those who missed
the Patch Deadline (Sep 15)

EVENT MAPS: Will be raffled away
RAFFLE TICKET: FREE with $25 Donation

Raffle will include 2-4 AEGS depended on total number of raffle tickets. 1-3 GBB Pistols. Free passes
and discounts to NW Tactical in Kent, WA. Passes and discounts on future Battlesim Events. Game
maps, various gear and other unannounced prizes.

Each winning Team member will recieve a free pass to any future Battlesim event.
