ROSTERS UPDATED

Topper, I'm leaving it up to the Commanding Officers to decide on the sniper designations so I listed you in the main body for now. I'm pretty sure the spot is still available, but you guys can discuss that on the private forum side.

Ash told me he's waiting on a time-off request. It's likely SOTA will have a group going if he can make it. As for BSG, not sure. Bill was a maybe I think - he's been so busy lately it's hard to tell. Numbers are starting to skew for the MARPAT side now, so Bravo could use a boost.

I'm not super knowledgeable regarding the different camo designs. I keep looking for a decent site for Marpat, but can't seem to find it. I find multicam, but seems a lot of different labels for it as well.

Any suggestions on good sites which are clearly marked?

Ah, see I had seen lots of the Digital Camo. Is that close enough to pass for marpat?

I wasn't sure.

Official issue MARPAT is made by Propper International Inc., American Apparel Inc., E.A. Industries Inc., Columbia Sewing Co. (Camco Mfg.) or American Power Source, Inc. There's also "TRU-SPEC," which isn't the same thing - folks say it fades faster. You can get the tru-spec kind of MARPAT without the Marine EGA at surplus stores like Andy & Bax. There's benefits to having the issue stuff, if you are picky you can locate it on eBay, but you'll pay more. For most purposes the knock-off stuff works fine.

The site has MARPAT too. Like Matt said, Propper issues it. You can go to Andy and Bax in Portland too, they have the same brand there.

We just picked up two sets of Propper MARPAT from Airsoft Outlet...unlike our old set, the new stuff has a waterproof coating on it, and the tops are ACU cut as opposed to BDU. I believe we payed $34 ea piece, or $68 the set.
