Do people who are not playing still have to pay the $30 entry fee, or is it still $5 just to hit the vendor area?

Price: $30 Full Admission
$10 Buying only (does not cover admission for selling, camping or playing)
And as always your significant other/parental guardian is free, as long as they aren't participating in any activities. (buying, selling, or playing)

Face protection, huh? Is that going to be a permanent thing now? Chances are that it's gonna be hot out there, I'm not sure about how many players are gonna dig that rule. I know that I'm certainly skeptical.

Not speaking for this game but it sounds like the insurances now want face protection at all games on all fields (I'm assuming all fields). Just buy one of those half face masks (wire).

Well, I already have a half mask, I'm just not terribly fond of having to wear it to everything. I mean, I don't mind it for the occasional game, and being forced to wear it won't stop me from attending, it's just annoying. Ah well, if that's how its going to work, I can either go with it or not go at all, and I know which one I'll pick.

Field insurance is now requiring it. Not our first choice, but we have to abide by the field rules.

I'll always wear one due to losing a tooth (Pretty big bill), Shot in the back of the throat thru my mouth! Now that hurt! Plus it also seems that a lot of the newer guys that player seem to like going for the head shots no matter how close they are. It has happen to me many times but I was thankful for the wire mesh mask. But if you don't like the half mask they do let you wear something like a bandanna. As long as you have something that will help the impact of the Bb.

Yeah, I might go with that route, now I just need to find a way to prevent my glasses or goggles from fogging..

So, the rule as written by the field owners insurance: "Any item that lessens the impact on a persons face". We are taking that to mean a shemagh, bandana, rolled up t-shirt, wire face mask, paintball mask, or whatever else you can come up with, works. Our admins will be making sure people who are in play have this on at all times.

I've personally talked to 4 of 5 sponsors who will be there (and a teammate talked to a 5th) about bringing shemaghs or wire masks to sell. We are not requiring sponsors to donate them, and are not asking they put a sale price on them. But they have all been told that people will need them, and will need to buy on site if they have nothing.
