AAR:
Friday: started the game really late, but it was good IMO, because it was a little less humid. I ran the small night game in the village, just short of 20 players. Played attack and defend, mostly newer players, and evenly matched teams. Game went well, and seemed everybody had fun. (RARE for a night game) Not once did I here a single complaint of hacking, not a single argument, and everybody played really honorably. Brian from Oregon Airsoft Arena helped out quite a bit, THANK YOU B!
Saturday game:
Rd 1:
I ran command for yellow team. 1st game started, I couldn't here game on, and before we knew it, we were being shot coming out of spawn. Then realized we were udderly, and completely surrounded. We tried getting out any way we possibly could, rather than being a whiney b..ch, and calling admin, but finally had to. The guys had a good attitude about it though, and just kept trying.
Once we got out of spawn, we started collecting objectives, shootin' fewls, (wrong spelling to irritate Ogre), and generally having a blast. Bacon ran command for his team, and they're a cohesive, experienced unit, so just waited for them to do their thing, then I took the rest of the guys. It worked well, and didn't hear any complaints. There was a little confusion by a few, as to logistics of the game, (imagine that) and we wound up stealing a couple of objectives from one the other teams that wasn't supposed to be "stealable" but it was easily remedied by admin. (Sorry guys, lol) other than that snafu, first round ended with us in the lead by a slim margin over Cruz's team, with Rocks team bringing up the rear.
Rd 2:
The un-stealable objectives were now stealable, so Bacon and the 441, took one objective, and dissappeared. A few faster guys went out to create havoc, and possibly find more objects, the rest of us went to defend "the box". Before we knew it, we got absolutely slammed from all sides, by blue, AND green teams, and they captured the box. So, we then concentrated our efforts on capturing Blue teams box, as it was closer, and they had less numbers, in which we were successful in doing. From that point we simply remained with the captured blue box, defending successfully until end of game.
Overall: 441 did a great job all day, and their willingness to do the boring but highly important job of hiding and defending our objective was very much appreciated.Cruz Foxhound, and his band O'goons (lol) did a great job all day, and I could tell they had a plan, and were working their plan. Rocksteady, and his motley crue seemed to be friken everywhere we went, and I later found out that was their plan, lol. I had a blast all day, and was really impressed with my teams willingness to do anything asked of them, which thankfully rewarded them for their efforts with a very close, and hard fought win!

Joke em' if they can't take a shazaam!
