So I would need to get some kind of parental waiver for him? Is there a specific form, or should I just have one of them write on a piece of paper "I *name* give permission to *my brother* to participate in this PLA event. *signature*"?

No, that's too complicated. Just show up with him and make sure he doesn't do anything silly.

So that is two salmon dinners, if that is OK.

Also, I will definitely be bringing a big tent, so I will have space for at least two other people. Let me know if anyone is interested in staying in a tent instead of under a tarp.
