If you have a semi auto only or bolt action gun shooting over 400fps, you must show proof (i.e., Gunny's scout/sniper course, Spokane Airsoft sniper quals) that you have attended a league-certified sniper qualification.

Is there any other leaques in the area that you can do the scout/sniper course. Hopefully in western washington.
