Plus one.
Please buy your gear from Rick Fisher; perhaps he can buy a Life.

Looking to jump onto a team. I may be new to AP, but I've got experience with CQC and want to give this event a shot! PM me if you want another for your stack.

Ok, reading the gear requirements... its says no mesh for facegear.

Does that mean the screen mesh in my facemask is a no go?

The mesh is not ANSI rated. Also, with how dark it is in some parts of SZ you will want to wear a clear lens.

OK, wasn't expecting that. I have never been to SZ, so no clue what it is like.

Come prepared, like have your mags loaded ahead of time and your gear on when you drive up?

Yes. You are walking into a live action game. You are the reaction team. When you enter into the gates at SZ, you are officially "in game". I wouldnt so much be concerned with "hi, we are from X team", Id be more concerned with "what is the current situation. Where is the scene command for briefing. Do we have a layout of the building?"

This is reason we'd like to see everyone pre-pay. It takes away from everyone participating on the stack when one guy hasnt shelled out.

Immersion guys, you are walking into a movie. Play the part you came to emulate.

Now I'm a bit confused on that point.

I assume there will be a sign in, chrono-ing, etc. inside the building. This wouldn't seem "in game" to me.

So at what point are we allowed to have mags in and barrel covers off? Before briefing, during briefing, after briefing?

My question could be summed up as: "What will the flow of events before the action be?"

Firstly, you should have your gear in order when you show up. You will come into the scene gear checked and bagged. We will have a chrono on station, but that is about the ONLY issue we should have concerning "out of game" issue...other than payment for you lazy folk.

Bubby, if you can't differenciate a scenerio game versus a skrimish I can't help you. If you recall, I said, you are in game (in the CQC sense) when you hit the fence and are ushered to your starting location. This might be a bit confusing to someone who hasnt participated in CQC3. Or watched the video. This is a call out style mission. You will only participate in ONE mission and then you will GO AWAY. There will be no loitering. You will come, plan, execute, and exfil. It is that simple. This is the reason that when you hit the scene you are in game. There isn't much time to lose. You should have a solid understanding of how to take down a building, not just just a room or two. You will need to develop a team SOP before the event for dragging teams, sweeping teams, and unit command. You should also have a negociator that can stand on station if communication with the people inside is a possibility.

This is a great deal more in depth than the last 3 mission template. There is much more to do. There is a great deal more player freedom in the way you approach the scenerio. We create the scenerio, you solve the problem.
