I wouldn't mind getting in as a Local. If that falls through, I'll go Brotherhood of Steel; assuming I can get my M4 up and running and get something other than a hicap for it, or just get midcaps/lowcaps for my G36.
Once the pin is pulled, Mr. Grenade is no longer our friend.

still got to get mids
can i bring one high and the rest mid caps? (only have 2 mids thats why)

I want to be a Raider, but all I have is an MP5 with twelve box mags that shoots 450fps. Can I be a sniper?

Another quick question: What does the "hicaps allowed but not encouraged" for the muties mean? Will there be any enforcement or could all of them bring 3 hicaps and be dandy?

It means I will judge them all as being sub-par human beings if they bring them, but won't do anything to stop them from doing so.

I may bring some other players, but it's too early to say how many. I'll update as we get organized.
