There's mine... nothing incredibly good but...
What can I say, I was using a loaned camera
Not to sound like an a$$, but you shouldn't complain about the D40. It's a good camera, if you can't figure out how to use it, you differently shouldn't get a d300.
BTW, do you mind if I add your photos to the AP santa wars album?
Not to sound like an a$$, but he never complained about the camera, he's just not used to it. He's got experience and deserves more credit than I think you give him about his knowledge of cameras, and I think if you're used to professional cameras then going down to a D40 would be a stupid thing to do. So yes, he should differently get a D300.
Yeah, you're right, he can't get good shoots because he isn't used to it.![]()
I shot a wedding recently,, with my camera and a D40 with little or no time to play with it. The photos came out fantastic.
I can pick up about any Canon or Nikon camera and use it like I've one for years.
Alijah, you normally shot with a canon 40D, am I correct?
Yes your photos are good too. No need to complain.
I just want to note that the reason for my bitterness, I am just sick of people saying that they can't get as good photos, because "their camera isn't as good as mr. X" or shows up to an paid event with a lack of knowledge of their own gear. (yes, I can name a few people that I had to help. Oh gawd.)
Yours isn't exactly that cases stated above, but it reminds me of them.
And it wasn't a paid event, it's all good. Airsoft is actually GREAT practice!
I hope me and other skilled airsoft photogs can work side by side more often.
@Seagreen; Thank you very much. It was great meeting you and I really look forward to working with you in the future.
@Everyone else;
Thanks for viewing the pictures, and thanks for the kind words.

Especially when our invincible counterpart moves too close and is told that he has to back off because hes too close.
Lets honestly take a minute to think about what poor sportsmanship really is shall we?
Granted there was no reason to be shooting admins and people who were obviously not in game play and I will agree that shots to the face and neck are the epitome of poor sportsmanship.
Im just saying that there were factors that applied
