I'm 6'1" about 180 lbs, so probably a L or XL if you have it, that would be great.

I'll know if I can come in the morning. What exactly does the 10 minute delay mean? Is the group pulling out at 10:55 from Starbucks or meeting at 10:10 and still pulling out at 10:45? I'm a little confused.
