Surveyors tape also works for good arm bands.

True, colored duct tape is fast, cheap, and easy (like Raddue) and would stay on for the length of a game.

We used that at the Gresham skirmish. It worked well.

But if the teams are seperated by camo pattern, what's the point of the tape? You could always say:

Woodland/MARPAT = Team A
Desert/Russian/German- Team B

Or whatever.

Because there's 2 teams, and roughly 75% of people will show up in woodland, like every other game.

out of all the games I have attended/hosted, seperating the teams by bdu's only ever worked once. and that was because of an act of god i believe. (all big Ops are the exception to this rule)
hell if there is enough people complaining about the use of armbands or whatever to seperate the teams, I am all for not using anything and letting each team shoot each themselves if thats what they like to do. Just thought it would assist a little for those who time after time refuse to identify there target before shooting.

Identifying your target is part of what makes the game what it is. It adds tension to your awareness level, makes the heart beat. If you don't learn to I.D. your targets, your thought pattern will not learn anything and your senses go dull. It's even funnier when you get shot by a group of guys that you thought were on your team just after warning them to get down and take cover.

Ring any bells Braddock?

Ah ok I guess no one liked the hat idea, thought it would be a good way but guess not. The reason I brought it up isn't because I end up shooting my team but acual my team shooting me. I don't shoot unless I know for sure that they are an enemy. Just getting tired of getting shot by my own guys. Hey if your really into realism instead of armbands you could use arm flags that velcro in. But obviously getting everyone to sew velco to their BDU's would be difficult, specialy since some people just show up in civies. Oh wel I tried...

Hey i have never played a skirmish with AP yet but i am planing on coming to this game with my bro and a friend. I am only 15 so I was wondering if theres a waiver I need to have my parents fill out? And we would also be a little late. Like 11:00 or so. Is it ok to get there late and just jump into the game? Thanks for any help. Godbless.

Doubtfull, from what I hear, if you're late you have to sit out until the next game. But I've never been late, and it's Tommy's choice.
