GRID 18: REDUX Grenade Rules

Just want to clarify,
is a grenade that just makes a loud bang good enough? since it lets people in the vicinity know there was an "explosion" and to look to see if they are dead?
Cause I got this bang grenade from CQC and am itching to use it.

Yes, those types of grenades are allowed. (as seen in the first bullet item)
