I didn't say you weren't being honest, you just snipe at threads from Hellmutt fairly regularly. I actually agree with you about GS3, it was awful. Huge mistakes were made, and I was left in the middle of several of them as an admin at that game. I was pissed that there were problem that I was left to deal with. However that's long in the past now and nothing like that has ever happened again, at least as far as I've been involved.

I'm just asking that you give something else from Battlesim a try and see if it's different. If not, I can see why you wouldn't want to, just try not to be so negative towards everything else we do. Don't let one very poor experience prevent you from trying something else. I'd be shocked if you came to something else with an open mind and didn't enjoy it.

You said I should be honest. That's the same thing.

No I don't. This is the second time. The first was in the GSIII thread. That one was drama-tastic, too.

If event prices were much lower, and not held at the Randle field or at a field on the Canadian border (I'm referring to Sultan here - and yes, I'm aware of the exaggeration) I'd think about it. As this is never the case (or, hasn't been in the last year), I don't see it as much of a possibility, but I haven't written off the whole idea in principle. If I were to come to a BattleSim game again, it would have to be with an open mind or I'd be pretty dumb to spend time and money on an event I think I'm going to dislike before it starts. ;)

Thanks for the invite, though.

I am speaking for myself rightnow not for battlesim.

I do think this is a WA VS. OR in some right.

I played as a PMC at GS3(I was running with darkside) and APST wasted us for no good reason after we didnt take your offer of money. why is that?

At GS3 one of the people in my group was assaulted by a guy from oregon.
The same person also threatened me with violence.

Has that ever happened at any other battlesim event? NO.

Also whats up with everyone working on the weekends?

B-Rad,

There are bad apples in every bushel. Don't stereotype "Oregon" and "Washington" players. There are shitbirds in both states.

Regardless, some of you guys have turned an unfortunate event cancellation into a ridiculous internet push and shove match that shows out how immature people in this community can get.

Knock it off, drive on. BattleSim is still putting on quality shows, whether I or anyone else from south of Seattle goes to them. Jason and the crew had a minor setback with a potentially great event....it happens. I can remember recently when the "Raid at Rilea" was posted by NWO it had to be cancelled as well....and that from personal experience is a great venue. As I stated earlier...cancellations happen. They suck every time. It is up to the event organizer to determine the cause of the interest void. They'll figure it out, or let it go and move to another event to capitalize on. That's the business end of the show making. If it can't support itself, you can't support it more than one time. The profit margin in airsoft is far too narrow to meet the needs of the customer to take a massive loss at too many events.

We are in an extended community. We all pretty much know each other, whether it be by reputation or by conversation. Why don't you arguing mofo's start talking to each other with some respect, rather than animosity?

That there is role playing. We were douchebag European rulers who were pissed that our country was being pulled apart by invading coalition forces.

You're either with the Mugambi Army, or you're walking back to spawn.

Sorry Brad, I dont think this is OR vs. WA at all.

If I remember correctly (and I do), your group of PMCs came to event in a uniform that was in flagrant violation of the rules, and ended up getting your team confused with NWO.

You guys broke the rules, sorry for not being sympathetic dude.

Im sure NWO remembers you guys very fondly.

I made a mistake I meant NWO not APST, Sorry.

Your right brian darkside didnt obey the camo rules because Eric didnt tell them so none of them brought extra stuff. I was pretty sad at them too.

Ill admit it, they got the jump on us because we figured okay so the deal didnt happen we can leave, but then their 3 saw gunners opened up and the rest followed suit.

They probably opened up on you guys because you were wearing the SAME camouflage as them and not on their team.

I think everything that's going to be said has been. Shutting this one down, Bill summed it all up pretty well.
