Best way to get people to fight for your cartel is to get them hooked on drugs and then make it a condition of access to said drugs.

Here is the deal for chrono.... Please bring all guns (to include your back-up guns) after registration. In order to chrono you must show your raffle ticket. I'll also post this in the team forums.
