A gentle reminder that when you are pre-paying for this event, please make sure to list the names of players the payments are for (that registered for the event on this site) or (if they didn't register, that I need to add them to the online roster here). This way everything is kept organized.

We are looking for 3 volunteers for commanders of the teams. Free play is offered. Must be organized and willing to establish a plan once all the event materials are posted next month in the game thread.

I'm trying to get a good head count and bring up a bunch of players from southern Oregon. It looks like the tan-based team needs bodies, but we will fill in wherever. I'll keep you posted.

It was covered, you just missed it

we are having a campout Saturday night only (we only get one night per event). There is a campground close to the field if someone wanted to camp out Friday as well if they have a long drive to make to the field but we are starting late enough Saturday to compensate for anyone travelling far Saturday morning.

Currently the Red Team is almost full, only a few spots remain.
Guerilla Forces are almost at 50% capacity and SDF (Yellow Team) has plenty of room still.

and to further clarify a process..

the 2am quiet time means that the campfire gets extinguished. Don't forget to bring firewood or collect some from the fallen trees off the field floor.
