Everything is quickly coming together for this event. The props are almost all in-hand and accounted for, arrangements for feeding the actors are almost complete, and we have enough actors (we could use a few extras just in case).


Notice for those teams that have signed up: Payment is due today for the discounted rates. Please contact me immediately if there is a problem being able to pre-pay today.

Actors: I'll be finalizing the actors handbook today and posting it in the main post. I'll bump the thread when I do so. It will be slightly limited, as i'm making it publicly visible, and don't want teams to be able to find out too much of the scenario information, but will include information on when you need to be at the field, what you should bring, and what will be expected of you.

Actors: Sorry I didn't get that handbook uploaded last night.

Everyone: If I don't receive the rest of the prepays, or at least communication from all the teams (the team that already paid knows who they are) by the end of today, I will have to postpone this event. Should this occur, the prepays will be refunded in full (as soon as the decision to postpone the event is made) and those who prepaid will receive half off admittance to one of our future games, as an apology for the inconvenience.
