PMI is good stuff, no matter who is teaching it, as long as the skills are being taught properly.

Good luck Snak, promoting skillsets in the airsoft community makes for better players.

Once I return from my 3rd tour to Iraq... I have an interest is helping to build our community. Something that I have seen from the east coast is appealing but takes more organization than I can give right now.

It is essentially the idea that NWO used. Each weapon type has a set fps limit. The change is that qualified people in the community would train people in the use of the higher fps weapons systems, and using a php-database to keep accurate records. I'll get more into it later.... don't worry...I do not plan on exceeding the current 550 cap.

Anyway...classes like this would be taught by anyone holding clearance for the different weapon systems. Wouldn't eveyone be happy knowng that the person behind a 550fps sniper rifle has had some kind of instruction on how to use the weapon, instead of some noob with money punching holes in people at 15feet?

I think there is a future in velocity restricted games that promote velocities based on their counterpart being either rifle or handgun calibers....it would be a loose set up, but it has its place.

If I ever have a field that I can call "home", I'd definitely run some milsim events of that nature. It could become the standard of excellence if it was done right.

Morgan & Howe, stop shitting in event threads. If you don't like the event, the host(s), or the content, then don't go and don't post.

Dmitri said it better than I ever could, so I left that post intact. Censorship Twin Powers, ACTIVATE!

I would be interested in an answer to a few real simple questions.

Where in Estacada?
If the property is not Private then who have you contacted?

I am not shitting in your thread, Please don't shit on the work Jim and I have done in Estacada with the local authorities.

Please PM me or call me with your answers, no need to discuss here further.

I am interested in both days of the class and the skirm. Thank you, Liquid, for your education of the airsoft community!

I won't be able to make it after all.

Unless somehow someone can get me a ride from Salem.

EDIT:
So the date has changed to Feb. 7-8? I could go then, if we get an update on where this event is going to be held. I would really like to go to this still.

Liquid, what happened to the original date?

If you're going to go to war against a major enemy, go; knock the hell out of him fast, and go in there to kill him and get it over with.

Must have missed it. Sometimes AP is wonky for me. If there is as little interest in this as there is turning out to be, we might change the location to somewhere a little closer, for at least the class... No promises, but it is a possibility. The date has and always was Feb 7-8, since this event was made.

The guarantee on location is it will be in either Lake Oswego, if interest is shallow (aka my backyard) or Estacada, if the attendance is high enough.
