FAQ

Postby Portland Tactical » Fri May 23, 2008 9:20 am

Some good questions came over on the PTOC forum, Here they are and the answers.

Eclipse wrote:I have a couple of questions for gameday...

1) mag restrictions/limit?

2) safety kill distance if any? "knife" kill guidelines?

3) house ammo or bring your own?

4) 25 vs 25... Are all going to play at once? Or will there be too many bodies?

5) death rag? ...Just so everyone knows on gameday...

6) Bathroom? Possibly stupid, possibly not...

7) Lighting conditions? Will tac light be needed/recommended?

8) How were the teams going to be split? Camo? Armbands?

These were things swirling in my head today... If I thought of them, chances are others have too... So Im Posting away.

1. No mag restrictions, age limit is 14+

2. Safety kill distance 5 feet, Knife kills are allowed.

3. Bring your own ammo, we can make sure ammo is available if needed.

4. We will be splitting the groups into 25 for some games, it wont be too many bodies, with the structure that we have. There will never be more than 10 players on each side.

5. Death rag? Yes please.

6. Bathrooms? Yes, fairly nice ones.

7. Lighting? we will be well lit our first week, later we will play with low light conditions.

8. Team Split. Arm bands, Cool ones, we are designing them now.

Sign me up +4 for Saturday, 9am-2pm.

I may have more with me, I may have less. the +4 is a rough estimate.

And I'm watching a lot of people over-commit their Sundays. Sunday, June 8th, is the SAME Sunday, June 8th, as No. 5 RAC's Exfil.

I do. I'm working on a definite count right now. I'll have it in a day or two. Networking is a phony pony.

Well, I guess I can't go then. Unless I get an age changing machine from Eagle Talon... Oh well, next time.
