I will attend Saturday, I would like to play on the survivor team, I have three friends coming with me who are registered under the survivor team.

I also took the liberty to manually add every player with an active AP username to the private forums since it was obvious players were not joining. It's important you get an idea of whats going on Saturday by checking the private forums out.

Also a reminder that the current pre-pay pricing structure ends Saturday March 17th, 2012 at 6PM sharp. Then a new pricing structure takes effect (increases by $5) afterwards until 2 days before the event in which all pre-pay pricing discounts stop but the pay online option will still be available until 3-23-12 @ 11:59PM.

Please make sure to list the names in which you were registered on the game thread when you pay online. I am having to send emails asking for this information constantly.

Also the schedule has altered slightly to adjust for the daylight savings change (allow a longer duration of darkness for phase 2) and reduce amount of registration time on Sunday as it appears only a few people are coming thus starting the game at a different time.

If it rains and it probally will to some degree unless we get blessed. The Red Barn in the parking lot will be utilized as a gathering area during downtime.

PRE-PAY DEADLINE:
Pre-Pay is available until 6PM on 3/17/2012.
When you pay please list full names or callsigns of the players that were paid for, this helps with tracking.

-Get those pre-pays in if you want to save yourself some money. At 6:01PM saturday all pre-pay pricing increases by $5.

Weather forecast models show no rain for next weekend. So let's keep our fingers crossed that it remains so.

I will not extend the rosters. So please make sure your RSVP's are accuracte and if you have decided to no longer attend, please let me know so we can take you off the roster.

-FIELD AMMO ONLY- RESTRICTION:
Each player (NON-BOLT RIFLE USER) must purchase the event hosts ammo through PRE-PAY or ONSITE PURCHASE. The only exception to this rule is for players using bolt action rifles using ammo heavier than .30g, however you must still check in your ammo at the registration desk. If you have left over field ammo that you would like to use at the next sniperzden event, please see me and I will use a Tamper Proof Seal to secure your ammo so that you will be able to use it again at the field. However if you decide in the meantime to use it and break the seal, you will be required to buy another bag of ammo on your next visit.
