He's right, if you're going ALPHA, there's only 3-4 spots for the sniper position. Ultimately, it's going to be up to your CO.

Registration time was lengthened (updated main post). REG now starts at 9 AM. If you show up at 9 AM, you'll have 2 full hours to fool around with your gear, chrono your crap, sign waivers and pay your field fee. BRIEFING/DEPLOYEMENT is at 11:00AM, thus registration ENDS AT 11. (Don't be late).
