I wanna say something else too... How kickass would a night mission in the MOUT be? Lets make that game happen.

Actually that was a total tool move when there was already a grenade in the building and the guys outside were waiting for the admin to walk in the room.

you must be the butt-hurt individual who went and whined to an admin when he got shot for not watching a window three feet behind him. that house had at least three rooms, a grenade kills one room. that leaves at LEAST two rooms for people to come from to refill that killed room. there were i think four guys in that house, do you think they were all in that one room? your entry team lacked the situational awareness to watch the possible incoming fire vectors, and it got you killed. man the f**k up and deal with it. this is airsoft, you aren't dead you just respawn.

i bet if you find yourself in the same situation in the future, you'll be watching those windows like a goddamn hawk, wont you? example is the school of mankind my friend, and we shall learn at no other. if i were you, i would simply consider myself lucky that this was not a real combat action and i was allowed to actually learn something without a real bullet in the back.

Ok let me clarify... I am the dork getting shot in the pic and yes I was also the one that called the admin over.

1. I was not covering the window becuase I was looking at the door that I was throwing the grenade through (yes i threw it) and figured that while I was doing that... somebody would have been watching the damn windows... oh well

2. I called the admin over becuase I took 2 rounds in the top of the head from 1ft away, apparently the guy has bad aim or ? (i got a couple in the back too.) In the heat of the moment I called the admin becuase I was pissed that he shot me in the head... at the same time in the heat of the moment the guy doing the shooting had just had the front room of his position naded with unknown attackers ready to take the door... I would have prolly opened the window and just started shooting too.

It was the first time I have ever played CQB and it was really awesome, I learned alot. Im not permanently damaged so lets just get back to craking jokes about the stupid look on my face is.

+1 respects. sorry if i came off overly harsh. it sounds like some reflection and explanation from all parties involved has spread some understanding to everyone.

yay happy ending!

For those who missed a link to the photos

Also if you have photos from the event, share the wealth please. You can PM me or the site Webmaster Matt so we can post them onto the gallery along with the others
Thank you.

Also OP: Sudden Strike went unusually smooth (despite the shooting from the window). It seem a lot of people had lots of fun, and everyone seen plenty of action. T1T are doing something right!

Not bad considering half of the training area got bulldozed shortly before the game. We did not know they were going to level the prison camp area so we had to "shift on the fly" and pull a game out of our asses at 7am that morning. We did what we could while trying to keep some resemblance to the game we posted.

We are just happy to say WE PULLED OF AN AIRSOFT GAME AT CAMP RILEA!!!! :ninja:

Thank you for that Fred, we really appreciate your work as well.

And yes there will some kind of video, we will unveil it at the gun show.

Well, I had a blast. I died more times than I can recall. :p

I think I spent most of the game walking back to my respawn, actually.

My fellow Umbrella team member didn't have as much fun. Not being able to go into the mout was frustrating for him, and he was yelled at for "spawn camping" after he circled around the mout and set an ambush. With the way he described it, maybe we should have been complaining about being spawn camped ourselves for most of the game, but it was kinda fun to have action close to the spawn point all the time in some ways.

Just because you aren't at the mout, or are on your way to the mout, doesn't mean you shouldn't be on your guard!

Anyway... I saw a lot of good sportsmanship myself, besides some other small stuff.

Thank you for the awesome pictures!

We apologize for yelling at him. I understand now that he probably wasn't informed, but the admins told us that the enemy was not allowed past a certain point which he was past at the time of the encounter.

I have to say that T1T is putting on some great games.
#1 thing that I notice they do well is toss objectives into the middle of a game to keep it moving.
