When Riddick approached us and asked if we would consider splitting up PF and commanding both sides, we were a little apprehensive at first. But after some discussion we thought it would be a great opportunity to kickoff Airsoft in 2015 and hopefully encourage other experienced players to volunteer for future command roles.

Your typical BB war is a lot on fun, we enjoy them as well, but having both sides structured really brings the event to a whole different level. However it takes more than a few command positions to pull this off, everyone really needs to get their head in the game and be willing to immerse yourself into the experience.

This is where all of you come in. Both sides will be organized into squads along with some other special classes like recon and support. If you are part of an organized team, or just a group of players that likes to run together, pick a side, let us know who you are and if you have someone who normally is your leader. If you are single player or maybe just 2 or 3 players … sign up, we will make sure you’re attached to a squad and at the same time make sure you can run with your battle buddies. The sooner the squads are defined the sooner we can start planning in the Private Company Forums.

There will always be the lone wolfs out there, that’s expected and they did pay to play. I would tell them that they will have more fun embracing the experience.

Please don’t be deterred if this would be your first organized airsoft event, it will be a great learning opportunity.

There is LOTS more info to come and we do have some time, so check your kit and make sure your ready for the first big Airsoft Event of 2015!

Ha finally a game on a Sunday! Now that I got my schedule changed at work I can at least make Sunday games. So with that said I would like to be put onto Bravo group. It was be great to see some old friends again through a scope.

FOAD will be at this game. Just not sure on how many (anywhere from 15 to 35 members). Really all depends on if there is snow or not honestly. Not sure which side as we are still talking about what colors we want to run with (planning on mixing it up this year). This field is also one of our team goals (trying 3 new fields this year) and I know a lot of our guys are talking about the game. To the players and or teams that like to run with us go ahead and pick a side you want to play. If we happen to be on the opposing side it's all good. Were all there to have fun. Plus it will help you guys get a plan put together with your commander. Hope to see a lot of you out there.....

Maco, do you have experience with this role? Just wondering, cuz it may appear that you are a new player?

Please introduce yourself, and let us know how long you've been playing airsoft, or what experience you have.

It can be very frustrating for command (and everyone else, cuz poo runs downward) when they get underskilled snipers and spotters.

You will definitely want to bring a radio.

My friend wants to know if he could run a HK M27 IAR with a drum/box mag? I know technically it is not a SAW but it is used by the USMC as an Infantry Assault Rifle which is kind of like a SAW.
