you dont need to worry about signing up. its not crucial but it would be nice.

Due to extremely heavy rains and no shows due to the rain the game has been rescheduled for July 11th. Everyone who signed up is still on the roster.

Hello. I have a little story then a request to make. It will sound weird but if somebody can help it would be much appreciated.
I have been trying to get into Airsoft for about two years now, but each time I bring it up, my parents shoot it down. Recently my parents and I, have made a deal. The deal is that we will go to an event and observe. If my parents deem it OK, then I can invest in Airsoft. The thing that they are worried about is the "kind" of people you are. At one time my mom thought Airsoft was training for gangs. Anyway I was wondering if we could come to this event and observe. Also, is there anything that we might need if we can come? Thanks.

Sorry I just now got to this. Its been a busy week.

You mom is perfectly fine to ask those questions and answering them correctly and showing her what the sport is like is very important! She can come and wear an orange vest and eye protection and observe (however the terrain is a bit rough and forested)

We have players that range from fathers and sons, from beginners to veterans, and ages of all types. We've had people that are age 12 and people that are age 60! We just like to meet up and play airsoft!.

Things I would recommend bringing would be:
-Airsoft stuff (gun battery, ammo, goggles, (facemask if you're under 18)
-Camo Clothing (you dont want to wear a hoodie and jeans)
-Food and water for the day
-Radio/Walkie talkie to communicate (not required)
-Backpack to carry everything up to the playing field.
-And a good sense of fun and sportsmanship!

Thanks! The only thing though, is that i don`t have any Airsoft gear. It was somewhat vague in the first post, but the thing is, is that after we go to an event and if my mom deems it OK, Then my mom will let me get Airsoft gear. But anyways, thanks a million! :D

I would recommend going to a local small game in your area, rather than driving all the way to the middle of Washington state to decide whether its okay or not. Choose a place thats local and have your mom join you. Then if you start to get into the sport then you can go to large scale events. Your first real game really shouldnt be a large event. Start small and make your way up.

I have two teenaged boys that are interested in attending your events. I see that your "Spada Lake Crisis" is happening this sunday (11 July), where is this place? How do we get there and are there venders or rentals we can use?

Well since you're in portland this would be a nice 5 hour drive :D

The website is www.evergreenairsoft.org where you can find a ton of info. The field is in Sultan, Washington which is on US-2 about 40 min from Seattle.

There are no rentals or venders other then selling ammo.
