even with safety rules in place, these occurrences can still happen. the rules just make it less likely. ive NEVER worn a full face mask at a game before, but i plan to for anything at PTOC.

This is why I won't play there until I have a mask. Me policing myself so I don't have a huge dentist bill.

Unfortunatly somewhere down the line baclava's have become the safety equilvilant of a mask while it really doesn't offer any impact resistance versus hardened plastic.

I really think that PTOC should look into either making players use their own mask or PTOC should provide/rent them out. They are pretty cheap to buy wholesale.

This is the website I ordered my mask for the day I finally am able to get down there and participate. Hard when I WORK 10 hour days 5 days a week lately..

Already in such a short amount of time there has been incidents of tooth loss. I think it's legitimate issue that should be looked at but this is my opinion..

I will never play at a place that has a mandatory face mask requirement. It's my face, they're my teeth, I'll protect them as I see fit.

That said, I will probably be investing in a mouth guard like Thompson and tool use.

That will be my next purchase after getting my tooth fixed.

PTOC Does, in fact, suggest a full face mask at every game.

They also do, in fact, rent them out.

That's good news Joe. I didn't know..

Yeah Nic, sorry I am usually for big brother tactics in terms of safety. Kinda like mandatory seat belt and helmet laws because if the government didn't tell us we HAD to use them most people probally wouldn't even though it could mean saving a life or preventing a injury.

But like you said it's your right and you there is no rule against it so have at it.

I tell them in the middle of games too. if people are willing to risk it I will honor that. We provide two types of full face protection.

You can't treat every situation as life or death, cause you'll die a lot of times.
