Would anyone be interested in coming out and filming the RR for us? We can provide the camera and any gas money it took to get out there if that is a deal breaker.

Our film guy bailed on us because its was his mothers birthday (I know I know, who cares..).

There will be guys there taking film..and even an offer for a bigger story about it, but I requested this be a low-media event.

This is about getting back on track with a group of people who enjoy the scenario based games. We can ramp it up next time...this is about giving back to the little community that gave us a lot of fun working events in the past.

This is more of a 'beta test' game again. We will run the scenarios...then we are intending to AAR it and figure out what the guys wanna do, wanna see, wanna hear....all that stuff to make the "pay to play" scenarios a worthwhile experience.

Well the RR has arrived in the Oregon Oblast...we come prepared.

Awsome! We look forward to seeing everyone on the field tomorrow. I will have a copy of the rule book, event guide, 9 line reports, and a spare training IFAC for teams who may be lacking one or need an extra. Be prepared for cold as temps may dip as low as 20 degrees. Also be carefull on the drive in as there may be freezing fog. No snow on site and sunny skys are in the forcast. So besides the cold, it should be decent weather.
