Meaning will you replace our replica's if they are broken while in use by your actors?

This is a very unlikely possibility, and only mentioned here because we want to stress that it's important for teams to police up the guns and any other dangerous gear left on their fallen team members... Or to guard or extract those guys. Leaving that stuff sitting around is like a ticking time bomb. This guideline has been in CQC since CQC3.

If an actor were to break an AEG, we would reimburse you for the equipment. Again, the likelihood of this happening on an iteration is slim. You would have had to make some serious mistakes to be put in this predicament.

If it would be possible for Team America to get a Sunday slot that would be great...we would like to attend the awards ceremony, but we don't want to spend the whole weekend down in OR if we can avoid it..

News on the schedule: Good news, everybody who had requested a specific day has been granted their wish. We didn't really have any conflicts so I have assigned slots as requested.

Saturday, May 16, 2009
9:00am to 12:00pm : NWI, SOTA/Mithril, OPEN
1:00pm to 4:00pm : No.5 RAC, Dune Corps, DRAT

Sunday, May 17, 2009
9:00am to 12:00pm : BSG, ESR, OPEN
1:00pm to 4:00pm : Team America, PSC, OPEN

If you want to move to a different timeslot with an OPEN spot, just let me know. That said, there's still 3 slots left. If you're thinking about registering and you want to secure one of these spots, get us your roster ASAP!

Thanks!

Is this, or isn't this the grand opening event at this new place?

As far as I know, this marks the Grand Opening of the new arena.

We are working with the owners to arrange a grand opening celebration that coincides with the event. There will be some large areas not used for the event where the AONW pro-shop will be, and maybe a BBQ, videos, couches, and some additional festivities. Our first priority of course is CQC7, to get the scenarios built, props, etc, but we would love to be able to have a kick a$$ party there too.
