Should I still sign up if I don't have a team yet?

No, if you are forming a team.
Yes, if you want to be put on a random team.

Niall - your registration page only lists a total of five team members, and I have six (per your post on the front page). Pat "Heretic" Crook is not listed due to this.

Someone mentioned a redneck with a shotgun! Well, I don't have a shotgun, but will an M239 work instead? Greater killing capacity!

This would be a good time for you to say "Who wants to be on my team?"

Any chance on this getting tweaked a bit? Not to change the rules just because *I* want to (it's your game :D ) but I think it'd be more fun if civilians were limited only to semi-auto weapons only instead of just a pistol with whatever that clip holds. Shotguns, pistols, bolt action rifles (non-sniper, that'd be weird), and limited magazine carrying capacity. I'd like to make simultaneous use of my shitty spring shotgun and my GBB pistol, and at least use some of the extra mags I've got for it (my shotgun holds 20 shots, pistol is 26+1).

The semi-auto factor will keep the zombie shooting tense, and make shots count, but the fact that zombies don't die mean it's only eventual that a civilian will get 'zombified.' I'm only suggesting a delay to that eventuality so we aren't all zombies so fast.

Yeah, I like the idea of civilians using "Civilan" Style weapons. What ya say Niall?

The addition of civilians was only for a plot twist, at first I was going to make them be un-armed, but seeing that they would have been the local law, I wanted to give them something. In most cases the locals would not send out a SWAT team. The primary role of the civilians is to assist the teams if they get lost out there and can not find the "Object"

The Zombies will mainly focus on taging team players (For plot reasons) Arming civilians with minimum rounds prevents them from getting into random firefights... In other owords, if someone wants to shoot everything they should be on a team.

There have been questions about the single shot rule on the zombies, it is my own fault because what I left out of explaining the rule is that Zombies, may be fired upon from a distance of 10' (Ten Feet).

Does this help?

Makes sense, but now I think I'm regretting signing up for a civilian. Not because I want to be John Rambo and shoot everything that moves, but because I thought the teams were rescuing the civilians ( and, in the meantime, the civilians were going to be trying to stay alive) along with capturing the objective.

My fault for assuming.

I can change it if you join up with a team.
