I would really like / need some folks who have sniper skills and equipment to act as op for. What I do not need is trigger pullers w/o discipline & patience. I am planning on placing the snipers on a high ridge overlooking a swamp area. The trainees will attempt to take the ridge from the snipers. This training is to teach coordination of teams in assaulting a position. For grins this is a very difficult position to assault and easy to defend. lots of cover and excellent views of the approaches.

In addition I plan on setting trips, mines, claymores and using smoke to up the ante a bit ( and teaching techniques)

As a side feature I will be offering another of my CQC / pistol "fun house"

Night game.....scenario to follow

Get some!

NOTE*

PLA training has been moved to the middle of the month on this one occasion, DJ's nuts are falling off trees at the end of August, thus why it has been pushed to an early date.

PLA training will resume training at the end of the month in September!

For clarification, my nuts are still firmly in place  The location is a Hazelnut farm and usually by the end of August, the Hazelnuts are coming off of the trees , greatly limiting our usable area

I'm in. I will hopefully be able to bring some dudes with me. I think I might have to miss the 15th though (Soccer tryouts at the very inconvenient time of 1100 to 1300 on the 15th).

That's fine. We'll have camping shenanigans around the campfire between Training Days.

If you come early enough Sunday there's some free pancakes and OJ for ya!

The Field should be a good one, last training (31 JUL+1AUG) we covered more on basic unit formations, getting online when contact hits, and either pushing threw or pulling back. This one is a bit of all that then some. More to come!

Most probably I'll be late or can't make it on the first day again.

I really like to know what is the role of sappers in airsoft though. What do they do and what tools do they use?

mines (rap 4), claymores( super cell), trip wires (blank firing), their emplacement, strategies of use etc. Come to the training and learn the proper use, and avoidance of. If the rest of you have any silly string or the equalivant bring it . it comes in handy in the shadows and dark places

For everyone.....this environment / location has 2 ways in, one is across a small bridge ( constantly under fire) or you can do the Navy SEAL thing and circumvent the bridge via a rather mucky creek ford. Bring extra clothing! the mud actually feels pretty good in hot weather ( cool) but it smells pretty bad (swamp mud) in your sleeping bag / car. Be prepared.
