CANCLED DUE TO VANDALS!
As mentioned in a thread I have forgotten.

I will be offering a Land Navigation Course for all who wish to learn.

Why: So your mommy does not cry when you get lost and are never found again.

Who: Any who wish to learn a serious tactical skill and a real survival skill. Students will move in teams of two.
Instructors; Niall, Soyuz, BDUB and Unholy.

Where: The Field from hell, Donnahue Creek!

When: August 13th, 2006
- 0900 Safety Briefing and Pace Count
- 0930 to 1030 Class; Map Reading, Plotting Grid, Declination and Azimuth.
- 1030 to 1100 Break
- 1100 to 1400 Land Navigation

What to bring:
- Good Hiking Footwear
- 2 to 4 quarts of water
- Food
- Whistle
- Compass
- Map and Protractor (Separate scale in meters)
- Notepad and Pen

What you do not need: (Optional)
- GPS
- Airsoft Replica
- Uniform

I only need a idea of how many will be coming. I do not need to know if you can't make it.

I will post a printable map and scale shortly.

what the hell, why not! i already know how to do it, but a little practice never hurts.

can anybody give me a ride, i'll chip in for gas!
If i can't get a ride, i can't go, so a ride is greatly appreciated! I live 3 minutes off the L.O./Duhram exit near Bridgeport village--> that area...
