[SKR] Bend Airsoft Event - Friday 7/25/14

Hey Airsofters!

It’s official, WE ARE ON FOR FRIDAY 7/25/14 FROM 9:00 AM UNTIL 4:00 PM (4:45 if everyone wants to play 1 more short game). Tell your parents either time as I will be there until everyone is gone. The final end will be somewhat dependent upon the players but we will definitely be done at 4:45 pm. Please remember everyone needs to sign a waiver. If you are under 18 years of age then your parent or legal guardian has to sign. No waiver = no play. Everyone has to have eye protection. We recommend sealing eye protection but that is your choice. We also recommend full face shield for those under 18 but not mandatory. You can wear whatever you want as teams will NOT be dependent on uniforms. Remember, this is for EVERYONE, of all ages and abilities. Please remember to use ONLY biodegradable BB’s. I will have some extra for sale. The $5 fee is payable with cash or local check only and is used to cover my expenses for putting this on.

Attached is the schedule and the directions to the field. Please pass this on to everyone you know who has played, wants to play, or may want to play. The games on the schedule are primarily for groups of 15+ but will work with less people too. Bottom line, I need your help in getting the word out to people. Please feel free to post this on your facebook pages, blogs, personal emails/websites, home schooling groups, church groups or where ever you want. Call people as well. The more the merrier!

9:00 - 9:15 am Registration - Waivers signed, $5 paid, eye protection verified
9:15 - 9:30 am Safety/Rules/boundary Briefing
9:30 - 11:00 am First “game” - team vs team (2 teams)
11:00 - 11:20 pm Reload, next game briefing
11:20 - 12:10 pm Second “game” - downed pilot (3 teams)
12:10 - 12:40 pm Lunch
12:40 - 12:55 pm Reload, next game briefing
12:55 - 2:25 pm Third “game” - “sleeper” (2 teams)
2:25 - 2:45 pm Reload, next game briefing
2:45 - 2:55 pm Enter the field 2 x 2 for next game
2:55 - 3:45 pm Fourth “game” - “patches”
3:45 - 4:00 pm Reload or call it a day

4:00 - 4:30 pm Fifth “game” - pairs (no respawn, partner down is dead weight - must stay with in 5’ of partner)*

4:30 -4:45 pm Call it a day/debriefing, info exchange**

*5th game only if people want to play it.
** This may take place at 3:45 pm if the 5th game is not to be played

Directions to the field: Get on China Hat road and head east. When you cross over Knott Rd, continue on China Hat Rd for about 3.3 miles. The event will be on the left side of the road (see pin on the above map). We are at the 2nd “power line clear cut” (we had been playing at the first “power line clear cut” in the map above - reading left to right)
